🌦️ What Is Chance?

Chance tells us how likely something is to happen. Some things are certain, like the sun rising tomorrow. Some things are impossible, like a cat turning into a spaceship.

Most things are somewhere in between — they might be likely, unlikely, or an even chance (a 50-50 shot, like flipping heads or tails).

We use words like 'likely,' 'unlikely,' 'certain,' and 'impossible' to describe chance without even doing any math yet.

Thinking about chance helps us make good predictions before we test something out.
