🌈 The Color Wheel

The color wheel arranges colors in a circle so we can see how they relate to each other.

Primary colors — red, yellow, and blue — cannot be made by mixing other colors. They are the starting point for every other color.

Secondary colors are made by mixing two primary colors together: red + yellow = orange, yellow + blue = green, blue + red = purple.

Artists use the color wheel to pick colors that look great together, called color schemes.
